eCaring CareAlerts will allow users to set Custom Alerts to be notified immediately when something happens that requires prompt attention, through text or email messages.

when conditions require immediate attention

Alert conditions will also be viewable in the CarePortrait when a Special Problem has occurred, so family members and care managers will know if their loved one is experiencing a serious problem, including:

  • Falls
  • Wandering Outside
  • Sudden Weakness
  • Combative/Uncooperative
  • Slowing/Slurring of Speech
  • Paralysis of face or limb
  • Loss of Hearing
  • Loss of Vision
  • Sudden Shortness of Breath
  • Unable to get up from bed or chair
  • Loss of Consciousness
  • Blood in Stool
