By establishing easy to use records that show baseline normal condition, track trends as they emerge, and respond immediately to urgent situations, the Company can lower costs while improving care quality for home care recipients The Company will acquire users through both direct to consumer and organizational relationship channels. eCaring is an e-health startup based in NY with funding from a major health care hedge fund.
Role: eCaring is seeking a Director of Operations who will play a critical role in overseeing its development efforts, across technology, marketing, website and user acquisition, both online and business to business. The Director will work closely with the founder-CEO of the Company, and could grow into the COO role.
We are looking for an experienced manager with the skills and experience to implement our vision through managing multiple interdependent projects within the company. The ideal candidate would have solid experience bringing a web product to market, including development and working with a technology team, and a firm grasp of Internet marketing practices. Candidates should have a good understanding and experience in managing a product roadmap implementation, and online user acquisition and related support systems, as well as business to business marketing and sales processes. The candidate should be comfortable working with technology development personnel, biz dev, marketing and sales people, and health care organizations.
We will be delivering the service through PCs in the home and will also utilize a dedicated touchscreen device, and the Operations Director will need to manage the development of that device, related network connectivity and support.
Experience in health care would be an attractive additional quality. eCaring bridges the gap between digital media and health care information and communication systems. A candidate must be familiar with or capable of learning to navigate in the health care arena, integrating our system with a wide variety of institutional, enterprise, public and consumer players. Having relationships that could help promote eCaring’s market presence would also be a plus.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
