Crain’s Health Pulse: Robert Herzog, an entrepreneur with a liberal arts education, created eCaring when he found himself managing his own mother’s care in the last few years of her life. The home health care management and monitoring system is increasingly popular with home-health agencies and family caretakers, he says.
