  • How much does eCaring SaaS cost?

    eCaring starts as low as $249 a month.  Your rate is determined by the number of active users and clients per month. 

  • Where is eCaring's main office?

    eCaring is headquartered in Woburn Massachusetts but we have employees throughout the United States. 

  • Is eCaring's software hard to learn?

    No. Our software is designed by folks who have owned and run home care agencies.  We understand things need to be easy and intuitive.  

  • I'm a startup. Is this the right software for me?

    Yes, we've designed eCaring to be easy to use and be a single platform to manage multiple technologies behind the scenes that home care agencies commonly use.  Without you needing to understand and manage those other technologies.

  • Do you charge a startup or onboarding fee?

    Yes. It depends on requirements and size of company.  Contact us for more information.

  • Does eCaring do billing and invoicing?

    Yes.  eCaring can provide invoicing directly or through electronic submission to many State Medicaid systems.  We also have integrations into common billing and accounting systems such as QuickBooks.

  • Do you support EVV (Electronic Visit Verification)?

    Yes, our mobile app supports the capture of GPS login and logout information which can be used for billing and audits.  We also can support telephony-based EVV.

  • Does eCaring have a mobile app?

    Yes.  With eCaring, your agency can empower your caregivers, nurses, supervisors, and others in the field to work electronically with either an iOS Apple mobile app or an Android mobile app.  This turns your agency into a real-time paperless operation.  

  • Do you support Medicare Home Health Care agencies?

    No, our software supports Private Pay, Medicaid, and other 3rd party payors for unskilled home care services such as the Veteran's Administration.
