Michael Trigilio 

Chief Executive Officer

Mike was named Chief Executive Officer of eCaring in April 2021 with more than 25 years' operating experience in the home care and software industries. Previously, Mike oversaw the development and delivery to market of web-based software in the health care, grocery, and recreation industries. He served as CEO of Associated Home Care and grew it from three clients to more than 20,000, transforming it into one of the largest home care companies in Massachusetts prior to its sale in 2016. In 2016, Trigilio became President of the Personal Care division at Amedisys, overseeing the operations, acquisitions, and strategic direction of its Personal Care division from 2016-2020.

    Previously, Mike founded Health and Home Care Training Center, a caregiver training center in Massachusetts, and Elder Home Options, a residential housing model that kept seniors in their community and partnered with payors to stabilize clients' housing, services, and long-term care management. Mike also was a partner at Flint Hill Technologies which assisted in developing innovated web-based solutions for multiple businesses across many industries.


    Mike's two decades of experience in concierge private home care, geriatric care management, Medicaid delivery at scale, and technology adaptation positions him to grow eCaring into a leader in integrated software platforms that align care teams. Mike also serves as CEO of HouseWorks, an in-home care company based in Newton, MA, that is an investor in eCaring. 


    He is on the Board of Directors of CHAP, an independent, nonprofit accrediting body for home and community-based health care organizations.  


    Mike earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Salem State University.

Patrick Devers

Chief Technology Officer

Patrick has more than 25 years of systems administration and software development experience across the financial, utility, government and healthcare industries. He spent considerable time as a consultant in real-time systems integration of on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments. Patrick spent more than 12 years at BAYADA Home Health Care architecting and implementing master data management and integration capabilities involving dozens of systems used for home health care practice management, accounting, payroll, billing and compliance. He attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

Justin Hanzlik

Chief Operating Officer

Justin brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise software development, leading Product and Operations across diverse industries, including Health Care, Home Care, Motion Analysis, and Sports Analytics. Since 2016, he has focused on the Home Care and Value-Based Care sectors, starting as Vice President of Operations at Senior Helpers. He then transitioned to ClearCare (now part of WellSky), where he held a leadership role in Client Success before moving on to oversee Product Strategy in the Payer and Emerging Markets business. In this role, Justin connected home-based care providers with Value-Based Care organizations and payers, driving improved care quality in the home.

Stefan Gomez

Director of Engineering

Stefan Gomez joins eCaring with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his work with startups at various stages of growth. A dynamic entrepreneur, Stefan founded a Y Combinator-backed music company that grew to over 20 million monthly users and was utilized by top artists such as Snoop Dogg and Ariana Grande. In his career, Stefan has led the payments engineering team at SkillShare and gained valuable experience in the Health and Home Care industries during his time at ClearCare (now part of WellSky) and Anonymous Health. His diverse background makes him a valuable asset to eCaring, where he will drive innovation in technology and operations.

Linda Palutzke

Director of Client Services

Linda Palutzke joins eCaring with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, where she has leveraged her diverse expertise and customer service focus to build and nurture impactful business relationships. Among her roles, Linda served as the Operations Manager for a Southern California-based home care agency, and more recently, she spent nearly nine years with ClearCare (now part of WellSky). At ClearCare, she led teams responsible for implementing the ClearCare and TapCloud platforms, as well as integrating EVV and eClaims across multiple state jurisdictions. Linda’s compassion for others and dedication to the senior care industry extends beyond her professional work. She has contributed to her community by serving on the board of an active senior living community with over 35,000 residents, participating in the National Council on Aging, being an active member of the Seal Beach Lions organization, and volunteering as an instructor for the American Red Cross.

Keith Dzialo

Director of Product Support

Prior to joining eCaring, Keith was a Systems Integration Manager for one of the nation’s leading providers of Home Health, Hospice, and Personal Care. Keith got his start in Home and Community-Based Services managing operations for Affinity Home Care, his family-owned business. 

Keith brings over 15 years of leadership experience in provider operations, project integration, and customer support within the Massachusetts’ Home and Community-Based (HCBS) environment.
